This role would suit a vet who values good clinical support, sensible rotas and the opportunity to develop within a vet-led independent group.
You'll be joining a friendly team of three experienced vets, supported by a capable RVN and support team. The practice is well run, collaborative and set up to allow vets to work cases properly, with time for discussion and decision-making.
There is strong backing from the wider group, including access to a large network of certificate holders across multiple disciplines (soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, dermatology, neurology, oncology, exotics and more), making second opinions and case support readily available.
The group is keen to support vets in their chosen areas of interest. Whether you're already working towards a certificate or considering one in the future, there is enhanced CPD support and certificate funding available.
They are also open to investing in additional equipment where it supports clinical standards and improves patient care. The aim is to give vets the tools and backing needed to practise confidently and consistently.
The Role:
- Salary up to £80,000 (DOE)
- 4-day working week
- 1:3 Saturday rota
- No out-of-hours or on-call work
- £2,000 CPD allowance or certificate funding
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Visa sponsorship available if required
- Health and dental cashback scheme
- Lifestyle and wellbeing benefits
- Clear clinical progression opportunities within the group
