This welcoming West London practice offers just that - a rare opportunity to grow your confidence as a GP vet, while being backed by a close-knit, supportive team and a state-of-the-art referral hospital nearby.
This is a friendly, community-focused first opinion clinic where you can really make a name for yourself. You'll be supported part-time by an established senior vet, as well as an excellent RVN and trainee nurses who ensure the day runs smoothly. For clinical guidance, you'll also have the reassurance of a regional manager and a dedicated regional head vet.
The practice is particularly well-equipped for vets with a surgical interest, with dental x-ray and a strong history in orthopaedics, making it perfect for those who enjoy dentistry or want to refine their surgical skills. Complex or advanced cases can be referred to the nearby 24-hour hospital, where you'll have access to CT imaging, a diploma-led imaging team, and experienced surgeons performing advanced orthopaedics, soft tissue, and minimally invasive procedures.
 
The Role:
  • 35-40 hours per week (flexible)
  • 1:3 Saturday mornings
  • 1:8 Sunday hospital rotation
  • 1 bank holiday per year
  • No on-call requirements
The Package:
  • Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE (FTE) with room to grow
  • 6.6 weeks' annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part-time)
