You will be based at the group's busy small animal hospital, with some sole-charge work at local branch practices. Rotas are structured to ensure a fair balance across consults, surgery, hospital and ambulatory shifts, all supported by experienced nursing, reception and coordination teams.
- 15-minute consultations, with flexibility for complex cases and admin
- Dedicated small animal coordinator supporting diary and workflow

- Handover to a fully staffed in-house night team, who manage inpatients and emergencies overnight
With a large and varied caseload, this role offers ongoing exposure to both medical and surgical work, alongside support for developing special interests.

This role would suit a vet who:
- Has at least 3 years' experience in small animal practice
- Is comfortable with a mix of hospital and branch work, including some sole charge
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, high-functioning team
- Has a full UK driving licence and access to transport

- Salary: £38,000 - £60,000 DOE
- 4-day working week (8:00am - 6:30pm)
