With purpose-built, modern facilities, the practice forms part of a large, independent, family-owned veterinary group with a nationwide presence. The group invests heavily in facilities, technology and people, with a clear focus on delivering consistent clinical standards while supporting career progression at all levels.
You will be joining a supportive and organised team that includes a small group of experienced Veterinary Surgeons, a strong RVN team with a good balance of experience, student nurses and a dedicated reception team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Clinical development is well supported across all roles. Several vets and nurses are currently undertaking certificates or advanced practitioner pathways, and CPD is actively encouraged.
This role would suit a vet with 3+ years' experience, who enjoys managing cases thoroughly, values early diagnostics, and takes a consistent, considered approach to patient care. The practice places strong emphasis on teamwork, communication and clinical follow-through.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality first-opinion veterinary care, including preventive healthcare and routine consultations, as well as diagnosis and management of a broad range of medical and surgical cases. You will take consistent case ownership, with a focus on continuity of care and patient wellbeing.
