The group has spent the last 15 years quietly doing things the right way. They're big enough to offer real security, investment, and structure — but remain proudly family-owned, with a very human, personal approach to how their teams are treated.
There's no corporate pressure, no hidden tie-ins, and no expectation that you'll mould yourself around the job. Instead, roles are shaped around you, your life, and what helps you stay happy and fulfilled in practice.
The practice is a friendly, well-equipped surgery set in a beautiful semi-rural location, close to open countryside. It offers all the facilities you'd expect from a modern practice, including digital imaging, ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment, and dedicated surgical spaces, with visiting clinicians regularly supporting the team.
With no on-call, flexible rotas, and genuine consideration for what nurses need long-term, the focus is on keeping people fresh, motivated, and enjoying their careers.
The vacancy has arisen as one of the existing RVNs returns from maternity leave on a part-time basis. To maintain the team's balance and support, they're now looking to welcome another RVN to work alongside her, sharing what was previously a full-time role.
You'd be joining a supportive, respectful team where nurses are trusted, listened to, and encouraged to get involved.
