Are you a skilled and compassionate RVN with a passion for anaesthesia and theatre work?
This independent, employee-owned practice is seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join a progressive and genuinely caring hospital team where patient care, teamwork, and professional growth truly come first.
You will be working in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built hospital that believes in offering pets and their owners the very best experience, through compassion, clinical excellence and collaboration. The team shares a clear purpose: to ensure every patient receives the right treatment, in the right way, at the right time.
Here, nurses are valued for their expertise, voice, and individuality. You'll be supported, encouraged, and given the opportunity to grow — both clinically and personally.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of the surgical and anaesthesia team, working closely with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplines to deliver gold-standard care.
An interest in neurology or referral-level cases would be a welcome bonus — but curiosity, teamwork, and passion matter most.

About You:
You're a qualified RVN who:
  • Loves the challenge and precision of anaesthesia and surgery
  • Is confident using ventilators, CRIs, and infusion pumps — or is eager to learn
  • Brings calm, focus, and a positive attitude
  • Thrives in a collaborative, multi-departmental team
  • Enjoys variety, responsibility, and playing a key role in patient outcomes
  • An Anaesthesia Certificate (or a desire to work towards one) would be beneficial but isn't essential — support is available for further training and CPD.
The Package:
  • Salary: £32,000 (DOE)
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1 in 6 Saturday mornings, 1 in 12 weekends on call
  • Competitive CPD package
If you're an RVN who finds joy in anaesthesia, precision in teamwork, and pride in patient care, this could be your perfect next step.
