You'll be working within an independently led veterinary group where clinical standards, team stability and long-term retention are priorities. The practice is well equipped, organised, and led by experienced veterinary professionals who understand the demands of out-of-hours work.
Clinical development is supported, particularly for vets looking to consolidate or progress their ECC skillset.
You'll be part of a stable, experienced team, working alongside highly competent RVNs overnight, with systems in place to support safe decision-making and continuity of care.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Veterinary Surgeon
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Confident managing emergency and critical care presentations
- Previous ECC or out-of-hours experience preferred, but support is available for vets transitioning into night work
- Salary up to £80,000 (DOE)
- Permanent night Veterinary Surgeon position
- 7 nights on / 14 nights off rota
- Exposure to a varied and interesting ECC caseload
