The Role:
You'll be trusted to work to a high standard and treated as an integral part of the clinical team. Day-to-day, this includes:
- Delivering consistently high-quality nursing care and advocating for patient welfare
- Supporting vets with procedures, diagnostics, and patient monitoring
- Providing warm, professional client care and clear communication
- Working closely with colleagues across departments as a true team player
- Supporting and mentoring student nurses and apprentices
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised clinical environment
- Deliver high-quality inpatient and emergency care
This role would suit an RVN who:
- Is RCVS registered
- Is friendly, approachable, and professional in both team and client interactions
- Communicates clearly and calmly, even under pressure
- Is proactive, practical, and enjoys being involved clinically
- Takes pride in supporting and developing others
- Values teamwork and a positive, respectful culture
- Salary: £30,000-£40,000 DOE
- 7 days on / 14 days off rota
- CPD: £1,000 annual budget with encouragement to use it

- Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus TOIL for bank holidays worked
- 1 extra day of annual leave per year of service (up to 10 years)
