Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Rota Management: Creating fair, efficient rotas for both day and night teams.
- Team Communication: Organising clinical meetings, encouraging collaboration, and keeping communication flowing.
- Complaints & Client Care: Handling clinical and service-related concerns with care, empathy, and professionalism.
- Performance & Standards: Keeping a clear overview of clinical and service areas to ensure excellence across the hospital.
- Delegation & Ownership: Supporting team members by giving them the tools, structure, and autonomy they need to thrive.
