If you are looking for a supportive practice this is role for you. 
Are client is looking for a confident Veterinary Surgeon who is looking to be part of a friendly and passionate team. 
All the vets within this small group work across the main surgery and all the branches on a shared rota which mean you get a great mix of consulting, surgical exposure and inpatient work. 
They have certificate holders in both small animal medicine and surgery, allowing them to not only diagnose and treat the majority of our cases in-house, but also provide support to other team members in their career progression.
Typically, this full-time position is 40 per week, working between the hours of 8.30am and 7pm, four days a week. Work life balance is important so they are open to discussing working days/hours that would suit you.
Weekends are shared between 6 veterinary surgeons leaving you to share a 1 in 3 rota. With no OOH. They also welcome part time applications. 

They are a two-site, small animal practice in the heart of Monmouthshire and our branch surgery is within a ten-minute drive away. This Practice is set a stone throw away from Monmouthshire river which is enjoyed by staff and their dogs during lunch time and breaks. 
Being a 5 minute drive away from town and set with the Brecon Beacons, this area offers an abundance for you to do in your downtime away from work. Cardiff and Bristol are both within a 45-minute drive.
Facilities include: 
Their own laboratory for in house use, DR X-ray machine with SignalPet Use, Dental x-ray and separate Dental theatre along with our prep rooms and main Theatre, Ultrasound machine, endoscopy and Walk In Kennels. 
The team consists of 6 veterinary surgeons, 10 nurses and 9 receptionists and practice manager.

They pride ourselves on their longstanding team and are committed to excellent clinical care and extremely high standards, with a silver level cat friendly status from the ISFM and RCVS PSS General Practice accreditation.
