Are you a confident, proactive RVN ready to step into a leadership role, or an experienced Senior Nurse looking for a fresh start with a close-knit, supportive team? This much-loved practice in North London, nestled by the River Lea, offers a unique opportunity to take the lead in a dynamic, community-focused clinic with a well-earned reputation for excellent patient care and strong team culture.
With a growing caseload and a newly appointed senior vet, the team is excited to welcome a Senior RVN who is ready to shape the day-to-day rhythm of the practice. You’ll work closely with both clinical and non-clinical staff to maintain smooth operations, ensure high standards are met, and foster a collaborative and engaged team environment. From overseeing the diary and equipment maintenance to supporting trainees and championing best practice, your leadership will be central to the clinic’s continued success.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that includes a fair and manageable rota: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 1 in 10 Sundays at the 24-hour Wanstead Hospital, and just one bank holiday per year, with time off in lieu. You’ll be well supported by an established team of trainee nurses, as well as a dedicated regional manager who plays an active role in maintaining a positive culture across the North London region.
The clinic benefits from a loyal client base and is known within the group for its strong team spirit and ability to rally together on even the most challenging days. For cases requiring more complex procedures or out-of-hours care, you’ll have the support of a flagship 24-hour hospital nearby.
In terms of location, you’re just a short walk from two key stations with direct links into London Liverpool Street—perfect if you enjoy the buzz of city life. But if weekends in the countryside are more your thing, Epping Forest and the surrounding Essex villages are within easy reach too.
Here’s what’s on offer:
  • Salary from £34,000 to £39,000 depending on experience, with scope for progression
  • 6.6 weeks’ annual leave including bank holidays
  • Paid lunch breaks
  • CPD budget plus up to 2 paid days for CPD each year
  • Access to private medical insurance at a reduced rate, plus cashback incentives
If you’re ready to bring your experience, warmth, and leadership to a practice where you’ll be truly valued, we’d love to hear from you.
