The practice itself is state-of-the-art, equipped with a brand new CT scanner and offering the best of both worlds with a varied caseload that includes first opinion and referral work. You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team where everyone's input is encouraged and career development is a priority. With excellent training opportunities and a culture that nurtures leadership, this role is ideal for someone who's ready to grow into a Head Nurse position and make their mark while continuing to develop clinically.
The rota has been designed with work-life balance in mind. You'll work a four-day week with one in six weekends, and when it's your turn on the rota you'll enjoy the Friday and Monday off in lieu. Weekend hours are light too, with just Sunday mornings to cover.
The starting salary is up to £36,000 with the opportunity to rise beyond £40,000 as you progress into the Head Nurse role. Alongside this, the practice offers a unique share scheme so everyone can benefit from the long-term growth of the business. They also put a real focus on wellbeing, with regular team events that range from yoga to art classes, creating a fun and supportive culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
