This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), offering plenty of variety and scope for progression. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across ECC, consults, theatre, and inpatient wards. When senior team members are on leave, you’ll step in to provide leadership and stability, making this a varied and rewarding rota. For those with a particular interest, there’s room to develop the role into a focused senior area such as theatre, wards, or front-of-house leadership.
You’ll be joining a dynamic and diverse team that includes around 24 vets, 27 RVNs, 14 SVNs, and 7 veterinary care assistants, all supported by a strong and well-regarded reception team. The hospital offers a full range of diagnostics — including a CT scanner and in-house laboratory — and is known for its advanced surgical capabilities, including orthopaedics, soft tissue and minimally invasive procedures. It’s a brilliant environment for experienced RVNs who want to work to their full potential and be part of a hospital that values high clinical standards and team support.
The practice is located on the edge of Essex, with excellent access to central London and surrounded by a vibrant local community known for its cafes, green spaces, and friendly atmosphere — making it a great place to work and live.
