This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, outgoing RVN to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership role with one of London's most progressive independent veterinary groups.
You'll start in a hybrid position (50% clinical and 50% managerial), gradually transitioning into a full-time practice management role over the next 6-9 months. Covering two to three state-of-the-art practices in central London, this role offers the perfect blend of hands-on nursing and leadership development, all with the backing of an experienced, supportive management team.
Why this role is special:
  • Brand-new career pathway for RVNs with leadership ambitions.
  • Shape the growth of two thriving, modern practices, with scope to take on a third as you progress.
  • Work alongside progressive, motivated veterinary teams in beautifully equipped clinics with excellent transport links.
  • Join an independent veterinary group that values innovation, wellbeing, and personal development.
We're looking for:
  • A qualified RVN with at least 3 years' experience.
  • An outgoing, approachable personality and genuine enthusiasm for leadership.
  • Strong organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • A desire to combine clinical expertise with management responsibilities.
The package:
  • Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience.
  • Generous annual salary reviews.
  • Ongoing CPD and leadership training to support your transition into management.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
  • A supportive senior leadership team that encourages new ideas and collaboration.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a nurse who wants to stay connected to clinical work while developing the skills and confidence to become a full-time Practice Manager. If you're ready to take ownership, inspire your team, and shape the future of independent practice in central London, we'd love to hear from you.
