This is a fantastic opportunity for an RVN who enjoys variety in their role and wants to work somewhere nursing skills are genuinely used and respected. Your day-to-day will include a rewarding mix of theatre work, inpatient care, and nurse consultations, with the support of a highly experienced, multidisciplinary team around you.
You'll be joining a sizeable and well-structured clinical team, offering excellent peer support, shared learning, and a strong sense of collaboration. The practice group includes a central hospital alongside multiple branch sites, giving nurses exposure to a broad caseload and the opportunity to develop specialist interests over time.
The main hospital is purpose-built and exceptionally well equipped, with advanced diagnostics and facilities including CT, visiting MRI, endoscopy, laparoscopy, digital imaging, dental suites with dental x-ray, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, and dedicated high-sterility theatres. Separate wards for different species, ICU, and isolation areas allow for excellent patient care and smooth clinical workflows.
There is a strong culture of learning and progression, with access to in-house expertise across multiple disciplines, including rehabilitation and behaviour. Nursing development is actively encouraged, and further study is genuinely supported rather than just "allowed".
