This is an exciting opportunity to join one of London's most prestigious independent veterinary hospitals, consistently recognised as the Best London Vet year after year. Based in South West London and operating a full 24-hour service, this hospital combines cutting-edge clinical capability with a genuinely supportive, family-style culture.
The hospital is exceptionally well equipped, offering CT and MRI imaging, advanced surgery, ophthalmology, dentistry and general practice alongside 24-hour emergency and critical care. It is home to one of the most advanced veterinary teams in an independent setting in London, supported by a large, experienced management and support structure that values organisation, collaboration and excellence.
As Hospital Administrator, you will play a central role in keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee diaries and scheduling, manage insurance processing, coordinate hospital paperwork and documentation, and support KPI compliance across the hospital. You will also take ownership of the complaints process, ensuring issues are handled professionally, compassionately and in line with the hospital's high standards of client and patient care. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone highly organised, detail-driven and confident working within a busy 24-hour hospital environment.
Despite its size, reputation and clinical sophistication, the hospital maintains a warm, people-first culture. The leadership team is passionate about its people and patients, offering quarterly progression reviews and clear opportunities for development. Team connection is actively encouraged through prestigious awards events on the Thames and inclusive, family-friendly social occasions, reinforcing the strong sense of community throughout the hospital.
This is a five-day-per-week role offering a very competitive salary and the chance to build a long-term career within an award-winning hospital that truly values its people as much as its exceptional standards of care.
