Are you a dedicated, quick thinking and highly organised?
Due to rapid growth our fantastic and proudly independent client is looking for an Area Manager to be accountable for the continued smooth running of their Kent based practices.
The right candidate will relish the opportunity to continue this clients excellent pet care record and to support their skilled teams and help grow their well respected surgeries.
 Their independent surgery teams, incorporating certificate holding vets, high calibre RVN's and customer service ambassadors are in need of a Area Manager to marshal the efficient running of the surgeries. 
You will have management experience in getting the best from veterinary support teams, be open to new ideas and guidance, as well as introducing your own effective fixes to enhance the smooth running of all the Kent surgeries. 
There is onsite support of a team of highly experienced industry Directors to ensure your days are full of achievement and progression. 
This position requires a strong work ethic and to support the care of pets, the hours are varied, which is reflected in the salary, career progression opportunities and performance based bonuses.
Ideally you will have come from a veterinary background in a similar position however, this client will consider experienced former Area or Practice Manager's with a desire to achieve.
