This is a sole-charge position, but with a manageable caseload that allows you to balance your day - morning consults, routine surgeries, time for admin, and rounding off with evening consultations. It's a role that suits a confident GP vet who enjoys variety and values strong client relationships.
You'll be supported by an exceptional, long-standing team who are incredibly proud of the reputation they've helped build. Alongside them, you'll also have the guidance of a dedicated regional manager and a regional head vet whenever you need clinical backup.
For more complex cases or overnight care, the nearby 24-hour hospital is just 10 minutes away, with full diagnostic support including CT, advanced imaging, and a team of surgeons performing orthopaedics, soft tissue, and minimally invasive procedures.
The Role:
- 40-hour working week
- 1:3 Saturday rotation
- 1:8 Sunday hospital rota
- Up to 2 bank holidays per year (with time off in lieu)
- No on-call requirements
- Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE
- 6.6 weeks' annual leave including bank holidays
