The right fit will be someone who thrives in a team setting, is confident managing cases independently, and has a strong interest in early diagnostics and long-term patient outcomes. A thoughtful, patient-focused approach and a collaborative mindset are key.
The clinical team is known for its strong communication and mutual respect, and includes colleagues who are certificate holders or working towards further qualifications. Everyone plays a part in creating a calm, welcoming space—for clients, pets, and each other.
The role is offered on a full-time basis, with a four-day working week and a regular weekday off to support work-life balance. Each shift is nine hours, with a blend of consulting and surgical responsibilities, plus a dedicated hour of admin time built into each day. The weekend rota is just 1 in 4. Flexibility is available, and the practice is happy to explore alternative working arrangements for the right candidate.
