Are you looking for a role where you can develop your skills and experience in a highly supportive practice in a great location in Buckinghamshire?
This role would be ideal for someone who would like a broad mix of consulting, operating and in particular to improve their skills in delivery of hospital in-patient care. This lovely client can support recently graduated vets or a vet looking for a change in direction.
If you have an interest in medicine, diagnostic imaging, or emergency critical care and might be thinking about working towards gaining a certificate in one of these areas it offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in our busy hospital which provides an ample caseload. You will be fully supported throughout inpatient shifts, working alongside a more senior colleague.
The role is full-time, 40 hrs/wk over 4 days, primarily based at the hospital but with the occasional shift at one of the branches. This is a 24 hour hospital with a dedicated night team. The hospital and it’s three branches have a highly skilled team of 13 Day Vets, 3 Night Vets, 18 Day Nurses, 3 Night Nurses, 3 Kennel Assistants, 2 Lab Techs and a friendly support team.
The hospital is in a bustling market town with good travel links with London which is under an hour away by train.
