This brand-new Senior RVN role has been created to provide extra support and guidance within a dedicated hospital nursing team - and it could be the perfect next chapter for you.
As Senior RVN, you'll work alongside the Head Nurse to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hospital and in-patient care. Your leadership will play a vital role in coordinating patient flow and liaising with branches as well as supporting and mentoring junior colleagues to pass on the skills that shape the future of our profession.
Leadership training will be provided, so whether you're stepping up or building on existing experience, you'll be supported to thrive.
The Role:
- Full-time position with a 1:4 weekend rotation (with time off in lieu to protect work-life balance)
- Up to 2 bank holidays per year
- No on-call requirements
The Offer:
- Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience, with room to grow)
- 6 weeks annual leave (including bank holidays)
