A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly, modern practice in North Hampshire. This full-time, permanent role is based at a busy, well-equipped clinic with a varied caseload and a welcoming, supportive team.
The role offers 40 hours per week with shifts between 8am and 7pm, and includes 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 8 Sundays as part of the rota.
This is a practice where nurses are actively encouraged to use their full skill set—whether that's supporting in consults and surgery, running lab tests, or providing hands-on inpatient care. The site itself is bright, spacious, and impressively equipped, including a CT scanner, digital X-rays, dental suite with dental radiography, two theatres, and separate cat and dog wards. You'll be exposed to everything from routine cases to ophthalmology, orthopaedics, exotics and reptiles, making it an ideal role for someone who enjoys clinical variety and challenge.
The team is collaborative, supportive, and committed to high standards of care. There's a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication, and nurses are valued as an integral part of the clinical decision-making process. You'll be joining a workplace where your input is welcomed, your wellbeing matters, and your development is actively supported.
To thrive in this role, you'll be a qualified RVN who's confident in both clinical and surgical nursing. You'll enjoy working in a busy environment, supporting patients throughout their journey—from consult to recovery—and offering guidance to clients with empathy and clarity.
If you're looking to join a progressive practice where you can genuinely make a difference, this could be your perfect fit. We'd love to tell you more.
