A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established, friendly practice in West London.
This full-time role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a close-knit team, values mentorship and teaching, and enjoys building long-term bonds with clients and their pets.
Located in a popular residential area, the practice has a loyal client base, many of whom are long-term healthcare plan members. The team is settled and supportive, with a lead vet who has been with the group for over 12 years, offering a stable and welcoming working environment. As a training practice, there's also the chance to guide and support student nurses through their journey, with the full backing of an internal training programme.
The practice space is bright and uplifting, flooded with natural light and well-equipped with a large consulting room, dedicated theatre, kennel area, and in-house lab. You'll also have access to a nearby 24-hour hospital just three miles away for OOH and advanced care, including CT and full emergency support—ensuring your patients always receive the highest standard of care.
The role is 40 hours per week and includes 1 in 4 Saturdays at the local branch and a 1 in 10 Sunday rotation at the hospital. You'll also cover one bank holiday per year. There are no on-call requirements, and all nurses receive paid lunch breaks as standard.
The salary ranges from £34,000 to £37,000 depending on experience, with plenty of room for growth. Benefits include 6.6 weeks of annual leave including bank holidays, a funded CPD budget with up to two paid days for study, plus the option to join a private medical healthcare scheme and cashback incentives.
The practice is within walking distance of a tube station (Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines) and local shops—perfect for a smooth commute and an easy lunchtime pick-me-up.
If you're an RVN looking to feel part of something stable, supportive, and forward-thinking in West London, this could be your perfect fit. We'd love to tell you more.
