The Role:
You'll be working closely with the Operations Manager, taking on a variety of responsibilities such as:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support
- Responding to operational queries with professionalism and care
- Supporting Health & Safety processes
- Managing spreadsheets, trackers, and key data
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Experienced in administration and confident using MS 365 and spreadsheets
- Organised, logical, and detail-focused
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A strong communicator — professional, approachable, and trustworthy
