This well-established, independent Tyne and Wear practice is looking for an experienced vet to join their dedicated team.

This position can be tailored around your interests, whether you prefer pure small animal or a mixed caseload.
You'll be joining a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together, where cases are shared and discussed openly. Clinical standards are high, but so is the emphasis on kindness, communication, and balance.
 
The Rota:
This role has been structured with longevity in mind:

  • 1 night on call per week (with backup support)

  • 1 full weekend on call in 6

    • With a long weekend built in (Friday or Monday off)

    • No on-call the following week

  • 1 Saturday morning in 3

  • Bank holidays shared fairly across the team
