Are you a vet who is looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact and enjoy clinical freedom as part of an experienced, collaborative team?
This well-established small animal practice in Surrey has recently returned to independent, vet-led ownership. With a loyal client base, a supportive team, and ambitious plans for the future, this is a fantastic opportunity for a veterinary surgeon who wants to be part of an exciting new chapter.
The practice is looking for a proactive and personable vet who enjoys building client relationships and delivering high-quality patient care. You'll play an important role in helping shape the next phase of the practice's growth while working alongside an experienced and supportive nursing and support team. This is a role where your ideas will be welcomed, your clinical interests supported, and your development actively encouraged.
As part of a larger independent veterinary group, you'll also have access to an exceptional network of certificate holders and experienced clinicians across a wide range of disciplines, providing valuable support and collaboration whenever needed. Whether you're looking to develop a particular passion or simply enjoy having experienced colleagues available for case discussions, you'll be well supported.
This is a genuinely vet-led organisation and the leadership team is passionate about helping veterinary surgeons develop fulfilling long-term careers. They will work closely with you to achieve your professional goals through mentorship from experienced certificate holders and investment in equipment that supports your clinical interests.
Importantly, the practice also offers client finance solutions that help remove financial barriers to treatment, allowing vets to focus on delivering the best possible patient care without some of the difficult compromises often faced in practice.

The Role:
  • Salary up to £80,000+ FTE (DOE)
  • Flexible 2 or 3-day working week with small share of Saturday rota
  • £2,000 CPD allowance or certificate funding
  • Support from certificate-holding colleagues
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • Perkbox membership
  • Health and dental cashback scheme
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (FTE)
  • Excellent progression opportunities within a growing independent group
This is a role where you will feel trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow. It is an excellent opportunity to join a genuinely independent, vet-led team with exciting ambitions for the future.
