Are you looking for a practice that will invest in your future—not just your next job?
Are you a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys delivering excellent patient care, values being part of a genuinely supportive team, and wants the freedom to develop your own clinical interests?
This independent small animal practice in Kent is looking to welcome another Veterinary Surgeon into its friendly and experienced team. This is a practice where collaboration comes naturally, ideas are encouraged, and your professional growth is seen as an investment—not an afterthought.
The practice is well-equipped and designed to support high standards of clinical care, with bright consulting rooms, modern theatre facilities and separate dog and cat wards to promote a calm and comfortable patient environment.
You'll be joining a close-knit team of experienced vets, RVNs and support staff who genuinely enjoy working together. You'll also have access to the wider veterinary team, that includes certificate holders across a broad range of disciplines, for case discussions and mentorship, alongside a leadership team that actively supports clinical development. If you have a particular clinical passion, you'll be encouraged to pursue it.

The Role:
  • Salary up to £70,000 (DOE)
  • 4-day working week with 1:3 Saturdays
  • £2,000 CPD allowance or full certificate support
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • Health and dental cashback scheme
  • Perks and employee benefits package
  • Clear clinical progression pathways
  • Leadership that genuinely encourages your professional ambitions
This is a proudly independent practice where veterinary surgeons lead the business and understand the realities of life in practice.
Clinical standards are never compromised, and the team is committed to making high-quality care as accessible as possible for clients, allowing you to focus on delivering the medicine you trained to provide.
Most importantly, you'll be joining a team that believes great veterinary care starts with looking after its people.
