Working closely with the Clinical Operations Manager and Head Nurse, you'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the clinical team while maintaining exceptionally high standards of patient and client care.
You'll play an important role in:
- Supporting and mentoring the nursing team
- Helping develop protocols and clinical standards
- Coaching students and junior nurses
- Supporting workflow and inpatient care
- Encouraging a positive, collaborative team culture
- Helping the team continue progressing clinically
