The role enjoys a great caseload with a high volume of surgical and orthopaedic, ECC and medical cases. You will also be involved in the clinical coaching and support of student nurses.
Your skills will be fully utilised nursing inpatients, performing schedule 3 procedures, monitoring anaesthetics, running nurse clinics and more. You will be supported and encouraged to develop clinically within your role, or progress your career into Senior and Head RVN positions.
The practice is set in a spacious converted house with two large consult rooms, a big waiting area, a prep area with dog kennels and a separate cat ward, and two modern theatres. It is superbly equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound and ophthalmology equipment
You will be joining a team of 3 vets, 8 receptionists (that work between the 3 sites), an HRVN, 2 RVNs, 3 SVNs and a couple of VCAs.
