Are you a proactive RVN looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? This small, close-knit independent practice in Surrey is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their dedicated team.
This is a varied and hands-on nursing position, where you'll be fully involved across consults, theatre, and inpatient care. You'll have the opportunity to use your clinical skills day-to-day, while also bringing your own personality and ideas into the practice.
You'll be working closely with an experienced vet and a supportive wider team, across two nearby sites, giving you a good mix of routine and variety in your caseload.
There's also real scope here to shape your future, whether that's developing a particular clinical interest (theatre, wards, coaching), or progressing into a senior or leadership role over time.
The recent returned to independent ownership has brought with it a renewed sense of purpose, autonomy, and pride in patient care. The team here is genuinely welcoming, collaborative, and committed to creating a positive environment for both people and pets.
This is an environment where nurses are trusted, encouraged, and listened to. The leadership team is approachable and invested in helping you succeed clinically, professionally and personally.

The Offer:
  • Salary: Up to £34,000 (DOE)
  • Light weekend commitment (1 in 3 Saturday mornings only)
  • Flexible working options (4 or 5 day week considered)
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave
  • Health and wellbeing support, including cashback scheme
  • Additional perks and benefits package
  • CPD actively encouraged, with support for further qualifications
  • Genuine career progression opportunities into senior or leadership roles
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a smaller team, values strong relationships at work, and wants to feel proud of the standard of care they deliver.
