This is a genuinely varied nursing position. You'll be fully involved across all areas of the practice, with plenty of opportunity to utilise Schedule 3 and build confidence in your decision-making.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting a collaborative vet team during consultations and surgery
- Hands-on involvement in anaesthesia, monitoring and post-op care
- Running your own nurse clinics and building relationships with clients
- Delivering excellent inpatient care, including pain management and enrichment
- Assisting with diagnostics including imaging
- Contributing to a smooth, well-organised day alongside an experienced support team
You'll be joining a friendly, multi-disciplinary team who take pride in creating a positive, supportive atmosphere—both for clients and for each other.
There's a strong focus on collaboration, with experienced vets (including certificate holders) who are approachable and keen to support nurses in developing their clinical interests. The practice offers a varied caseload, including both medical and surgical work, allowing you to keep your skills sharp and continue learning.
