The Role
Working as part of a close-knit clinical team, you'll play an integral role in delivering outstanding patient care while enjoying a varied caseload that makes full use of your nursing skills.
You'll be encouraged to take an active role in anaesthesia, inpatient care, surgical nursing, diagnostics and client education, with opportunities to develop your interests and progress into leadership if that's where your ambitions lie.

The Practice
Our client has invested heavily in creating modern, purpose-built clinics designed to provide an exceptional experience for both patients and their owners.
Each site features dedicated consulting rooms, spacious preparation areas, digital imaging, dental facilities, sterile theatres and comprehensive in-house laboratory equipment, allowing the team to deliver high-quality diagnostics and treatment under one roof.
Advanced equipment includes digital radiography, ultrasound, dental radiography, endoscopy, laparoscopy, modern anaesthesia systems and extensive in-house laboratory capabilities, giving nurses the opportunity to work with a broad and rewarding clinical caseload.
The Team
Each clinic is supported by a team of experienced Veterinary Surgeons and Registered Veterinary Nurses who work collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.

About You
We're looking for an RVN who is:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care
- Confident with anaesthesia, inpatient care and surgical nursing
- Comfortable supporting diagnostic procedures and medical work-ups
- Keen to mentor and support less experienced colleagues
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients
- Proactive, positive and committed to continuous improvement
Hours
- Five-day working week
- Eight-hour shifts
- 1 in 3 weekends
- Clinic opening hours: 9am-6pm
- Registered Veterinary Nurse: £30,000-£33,000 (0-3 years' experience)
- Senior Veterinary Nurse: £33,000-£37,000 (3-6 years' experience)
- Head Veterinary Nurse: £37,000+ (6+ years' experience)
- 5.6 weeks' annual leave, including bank holidays
- Generous CPD allowance of £1,000 plus three days' paid CPD leave
