This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take on a Head Nurse position within a well-established, purpose-built, well-equipped practice in South London.
You'll play a key role in leading an experienced, welcoming nursing team, helping to create an environment where everyone feels supported, motivated, and proud of the care they deliver. You'll be instrumental in mentoring RVNs, student nurses and VCAs, encouraging growth, confidence, and progression across the team. You'll also be backed by a highly capable front-of-house team, allowing clinical staff to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional patient care.
There's a real focus here on continuous improvement, whether that's through CPD, developing new clinical interests, or evolving the services offered. Your ideas and input will be welcomed.
The Role:
- Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 (DOE)
- 4-day week with 9-hour shifts (average 40 hours)
- 1 in 4 weekends and involvement in duty night rota
