This forward-thinking, well-equipped independent North Kent hospital is looking to fill a Head RVN position within a busy, varied clinical setting. You'll be leading from the front, supporting and mentoring your team, while still enjoying a strong clinical focus.
The caseload is diverse and engaging, including orthopaedics, complex medical workups, advanced surgical procedures (including laparoscopic surgeries), and in-depth inpatient care. Whether your passion lies in anaesthesia, wards, ECC, or surgical nursing, you'll be encouraged to develop your interests and shape your role accordingly.
You'll also play a key part in maintaining clinical standards, supporting team development, and ensuring patients receive the highest level of care at every stage of their journey.
